Kershaw County, SC (WLTX) – A man is in custody after a high-speed chase that spanned two counties.
Kershaw County Sheriff Jim Matthews says this incident escalated from a “simple ticket” into a “much more serious and dangerous offense.”
On November 28, a Kershaw County deputy stopped a man driving with a headlight out around 10 p.m. on Highway 601. When a driver’s license was requested the man, 32-year-old Adam Wayne Lyles, became nervous and started crying.
