Suspect had child in car during part of multi-county police chase, faces charges in Cabell County

DUNBAR, W.Va. (WSAZ) — UPDATE 4/17/19 @ 1:58 a.m.
New details are emerging in the case of a man who led police on a multi-county chase Tuesday afternoon.

Alex Nathaniel Foster, 25 of Milton, was wanted for a parole violation. Parole officers spotted Foster in a sedan near the Huntington Mall.

West Virginia State Police say Foster had his young child in the vehicle with him. Parole officers say they identified themselves to Foster, who took off in the vehicle with the child inside, hitting one of the officers car.
